London Pub Trail - 9 May 2026
What a great day out - with over 20 attendees making the trip to St Pancras, where we met at 11:30 ready for a gentle walk to our first on the list - The Lamb.
The itinerary was:
- The Lamb - Ralph was good enough to reserve a table for us and most of us took the opportunity to sample the pub's lunch menu
- The Perseverance
- The Queen's Larder
- The Queen's Head in Acton Street
- Scottish Stores, Caledonian Rd
- King Charles 1, Northdown Street - a community-run pub
Thanks to our social secretary Louise for organising the day and to the pubs who made us feel welcome. It was great to meet a couple of members from Croydon branch who joined us at Scottish Stores.

Although we produce an itinerary and rough timings for the pubs we hope to visit on our pub trails - as much as anything for the benefit of the pubs so they know when we will be descending upon them - our pub trails are very informal and people are free to join or leave at any time.
